Flower Dedication

To make a flower dedication please fill out the form below. After submitting the form, you will be taken to a page where you can pay with Paypal or given the church address to mail a check in.

We must receive the dedication by noon Wednesday prior to the Sunday requested.

  • Discussion following movie.
