St. Clare’s Guild
(The Prayer Shawl Ministry)
We are the guild of needleworkers who meet the third Saturday morning of the month in the Masterson Library. We knit, crochet, tat and sew to create prayer shawls, baptismal blankets, Confirmand crosses and prayer monkeys which are then presented at designated services for a special blessing. We welcome all who wish to participate in doing this work and will gladly help those who want to learn the fine art of needlework.
