All Saints' Stewardship
Dear Family of All Saints,
As you know, we find ourselves in a time of great change. But I encourage us to reflect on this time as a time of great opportunity, a chance to re-vision our community and rededicate ourselves, to become the best possible version of ourselves. A time like this also shows our essential stability - our local community continues to flourish, nurturing each other and our city around us. Our youth program continues to grow in new and exciting ways as we welcome Don Carlson, our full time Children and Youth Director, and new ministries such as Home Cooked Fridays and the mentoring of The Open Table ministry have taken their place next to long established programs such as Loaves & Fishes, Bridge Ministry, Meals on Wheels and Refugee Services. Our many guilds, ministries and committees fill more than 10 pages and reflect a dedication and effort that is truly inspiring to behold.
In this season of stewardship, I invite all of you to join me in prayerful and conscientious consideration of how we can offer ourselves – our time, our many skills and talents, and yes, our treasure, to extend our little corner of the kingdom. Over the next few weeks, you will hear from the vestry and from many members of the ministries that make worship, youth activity, outreach, in-reach, and so many of the things we do possible, as we discuss how we are going to reach the goals that will enable our growth in 2020 and into the future. Please come join me in pledging yourselves to make this all happen.
