Children & Youth Christian Formation News
On December 11th, a visitor will tell the story of St. Nicolas of Myra during the Children's Sermon and have a treat for each child/youth.
Worship bags have a new activity in them. They will include a felt board and felt pieces to make a felt Advent Wreath during Advent. Please remember to place all items bag in the bag and return the worship bag to the basket
We will have a Christmas Pageant at the 4:00 pm Christmas Eve Service on
Saturday, December 24. Visiting children and youth may participate if
they would like to. They may come dressed as their favorite nativity
character: Mary, Joseph, Angels, sheep, Shepherds, (Quirinius the
Governor, Elizabeth--Mary's cousin, no kings/queens). We will have some
costumes that can be used. We will also have the option for them to hold
a cardboard star if they do not want to wear a costume. They will go to
the back of the nave by the baptismal font when directed and an adult
will tell them when to walk to the front of the church and where to
Children, Youth, and Families, we are glad that you are here! We consider it a privilege to minister to you. We teach the Bible at every grade level and have the nursery for 0-4 year olds open from 8:45 am - 12:00 pm.
Christian Formation for Children, Youth, and Adults starts at 8:45 am through 9:45 am.
