Day School - June & July 2019
Our Kindergarten Graduation on May 17th was as sweet as ever. In addition to ringing the Church bell and singing the song, I Am A Promise, the graduates shared with us what they want to be when they grow up. Here are the jobs that they hope to have in the future: Everett Cambronne – an athlete; Caroline Falat – a dentist; Rachel Falat – a dentist; Ava Friedland-Koplin – a ballerina; Lizzy Guerra – an artist; Grayson Helstrom – a firefighter; Dashiell Nairn – an artist; Ryall Monsalves – a veterinarian; Jack Neil – an astronaut; and George Stuart – a firefighter. Isabel Gotko and Eliza Bajwa served as acolytes and assisted with the distribution of the diplomas. The entire student body sang the song that ends our music time every week – Goodbye, so long, farewell, my friends. Goodbye, so long, farewell. We’ll see you soon again, my friends, so goodbye, so long, farewell. Many of our students will return next year, but others will be going to local public and private schools. Those not returning have promised to return often to visit.
On May 13th, we celebrated Jamie Fierro’s 16 years of service at All Saints’. Jamie taught our 5-Day 3’s Class for many years in the Blue Door Room, but most recently has taught Spanish and After School Enrichment Classes and has served as the Assistant to the Head.
We will have a Summer Program during June and July for children ages 3 to 6. Please call the School (512.472.8866) if you would like additional information.
